After I graduated college I decided to get better at drawing. I loved to draw growing up. I remember taking an art class when I was young, and the teacher gave out a portrait with a blank oval for a face, and we had to draw a face. I remember being very frustrated that I couldn’t do it right. I found a book called “Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain” which had a few exercises that really helped me to understand drawing as not really a skill of the hand, but a skill of the eye.
